Most realtors would look at the house and say, "There is no way this one is going to sell." After all, it was a large home that had been retrofitted to meet stringent American Disability Act Standards, a house that had been home to ten disabled children. Where would one find a buyer for a house like this one? Like the "perfect storm," this house was going to take the coming together of three special people. A buyer who needed a special home, a realtor who was willing to work the property, and a lender who could arrange financing for someone who needed this particular home. There’s a saying that somewhere there is the perfect buyer for every property. Realtor® Sena Hairgrove has always believed if you look hard enough, you’ll find that perfect buyer. You may be able to make arrangements for extensions or modifications to your mortgage if you are unable to make your payment on time. Your VA home loan mortgage banker can advise you on contacting your insurance agent and other things like contracting for repairs. Click to continue - VA Loans and Disasters |

The United States of America is involved in a war like no other – the Global War on Terror. Those who have spent time on the front lines know that there is no other way to describe it – this is war at its worst. Those returning from active duty in this war are finding themselves facing the same issues that every other war veteran has faced over the years. Our veterans need to know that their country stands proudly in support of their service, and is ready to react to their needs. On March 6, 2007, President Bush established the Task Force on Returning Global War on Terror Heroes. This task force was to identify ways that a grateful nation could improve the delivery of Federal services and benefits to the service members and veterans of this War on Terror.
